BMW has recently announced that the 1M Coupe has been launched in Malaysia, where only three units of the small powerful vehicle will be available for its future customers.
According to the German based automaker, the BMW 1M Coupe is available in three units in Malaysia, and this uniqueness will set its future customers back for RM508,800 on the road without insurance.
In Malaysia, the BMW 1M Coupe is being offered with an M differential lock, DSC, ABS, DBC, CBC, anti-slip control and more, along with an infotainment and navigation system, visible through the 8.8-inch display.
Under the hood, the impressive BMW 1M Coupe is still getting the 3.0 liter (2,979 cc) turbocharged six-cylinder engine, which is developing a total output of 340 horsepower at 5,900 rpm and 500 Nm of torque, available at 1,500 rpm.
The BMW 1M Coupe can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 250 km/h. The unit is mated to a six-speed transmission with short shift.
The BMW 1M Coupe will stop its production even if less than 5,000units have been made so far, for no obvious reason. Maybe the German automaker is scared that no one will buy the upcoming F80 M3.
